MY Personal Fitness Goals

MY PERSONAL FITNESS GOALS ARE:

* flat stomach and toned mid section ( i don’t really need a defined 6 pack because that would mean losing more fat, remember I’m not trying to be skinny)

* keeping between 12-16 inches from my waist to my hip ratio (in my opinion,this is what makes a women fine when she has that Brickhouse ratio)

* a butt that’s firm, round and plump ( I’m actually trying to lose a few inches off my hips/ass..not too much..just a little)

*thick, toned thighs ( with a lot of definition)

*cellulite free thighs ( that I haven’t been able to accomplish yet)

* well formed calves

* strong toned back

* arms with definition but not too muscular

* building strength, endurance/stamina

My body type is considered an A FRAME also know as the “pear-shaped” body. I carry most of my weight below the waist. When I lose fat I

seem to notice it in my upper body first (arms, chest, neck, face ) and secondly my lower legs ( below the knee). My waist/stomach area

seem to shed the fat last along with my butt and thighs. I’ve always hated my lower legs because they are so small compared to my thighs.

Cellulite has become my worst enemy! I can’t get rid of it to save my life!! I miss those days of mini skirts and shorts so much!

I noticed as my butt and thighs grew, so did the cellulite. I guess I could always lose more fat in the butt and thigh area but I’m too

scared to lose too much fat! I DO NOT WANT TO BE SKINNY MINNIE WITH NO ASS/HIPS AND THIGHS! I’m not over weight so I guess I may have

to live with this cellulite on the back of my thighs, if it means being too skinny. Sorry, but I’m NOT with that thin look..not at all!

I’m a member of 2 gyms. One of them is an all women gym because MEN don’t always let me workout in peace! lol!! Here are some of my

workout routines. I change up my workouts weekly/biweekly so my body doesn’t get use to the same workouts over and over.

    Hey Buffie,

    I don’t think you would be a skinny minnie if you did lose more fat. You have an amazing body and a few pounds wouldn’t change much. I am a skinny minnie, not much ass/hips or breast. PLUS I have a straight waist. How would in the world could I improve my waist?! It just seems impossible. Have you ever used a corset?

    I hated being skinny also, coming up in school. I noticed that the girls with larger butts were getting all the attention and the guys that I dated would tell me that I was too skinny. So I started trying to gain weight on my own the old fashion, which was just eating a lot of foods and sleeping afterwards. My senior year I started gaining weight and it went to my stomach and hips first, then thighs, later my lower legs but they are still the smallest and then my upper arms. I do want to flatten my stomach, and tone up my thighs and get rid of these jiggly arms. I don’t want to lose to much cause I don’t want to lose my assets and I don’t want to be a 106lbs at 5′ 8″ ever again. I just have to say that I am so very glad that you are sharing your secrets with us. I can’t say how much I appreciate your modesty. I look forward to getting rid of what I don’t want and keeping my butt.

    I have read everything on your site and I think u have very good goals, but i have no clue where to begin. no chess, lot of stomach and no butt. I really want a flat stomach so I purchased the abcircle pro, but I also want hips and butt. i want to b curvaceous. where do I start, any advice?
